I’m going to stop snacking

So I had a revelation of sorts today ..I realized I’m a snacker. I eat small amounts of unhealthy food all day and then binge at night . When I eat a real meal at dinner (like chicken, rice and a vegetable) I’m not at all hungry afterwards and satisfied for the rest of the night . I think I just need to stop snacking and actually eat a full balanced meal .
