I feel that too! I told my doctor and she said it’s normal. I’m only 20% effaced and no dilation, everything appeared healthy to her. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ this is my first time so it’s all new to me! Baby girl is head down right on my cervix so I imagine that’s why?
