Dating My Baby Daddy

Me and my baby daddy are going on 2 1/2 years and I know that’s not a long time to some people, but our baby just turned 1 year old. We aren’t really having sex anymore; maybe one a month if that. I want to and he knows that because I always try and he just pretends to ignore me. So I asked him about it and he said he doesn’t know why we aren’t having sex. And then he tells me he doesn’t want to get married yet but is labeling me as his spouse and I confirmed with him that he knows what it means. I’ve been really confused lately and I am not really sure how I should react to all of this. I would really love some opinions.
