You won't get addicted doing it once, but if you mess up or get something that isn't herion, you might die. My friend died from this.
If you do it once, you'll probably get sick. 
Opiates make ppl sick at first usually. People often get hooked by being prescribed the pills, then liking them because they're very addictive and euphoric. I was prescribed codine and it made me sick.
