Belly fat
I’ve recently been working out every day, doing HIIT training and ‘fat burning’ exercises as well as strength training and toning exercises especially on abs and legs. Although I know changes take time I have noticed changes in my legs and arms and even face but am not seeing any changes with my stomach. Also with the changes in the rest of my body my stomach is standing out more than usual and I’m not feeling like my clothes are fitting comfortably. Does anyone know of any tips or what I might be doing wrong to not be losing body fat around my stomach?
