Home remedies for acid reflux?

Tums aren’t working and I can’t take anymore Zantac for a few more hours *I can’t get any sleep because my stomach is so distended and the heart burn and acid reflux is really bad. I don’t wanna keep throwing up, please help

Honestly I googled home remedies out of desperation and it mentioned taking a tea spoon of yellow mustard because it is supposed to help neutralize the acid levels or something like that... and it DID give me some relief!
My chest isn’t as tight and it’s not coming up as often and my stomach isn’t as distended. Any relief is something I am happy to take right now 🤦🏻‍♀️ but just Incase anyone else is suffering and can’t yet take their heartburn relief I would recommend trying this, I think it’s worth the shot!

Take a chewable calcium supplement every day. Don't let your stomach get too empty, eat snacks like all day. A half teaspoon of apple cider vinegar  (I mix with a little apple juice)

Maybe sleep elevated kinda sitting up almost. That's what I had to do cause zantac wore off so fast when I was pregnant.
