I had my period on October 3rd and 4th. I had been reading like a crazy freak and got upset that my period was so short. I was afraid my uterine lining was too thin to support an embryo. So I decided to start taking blood builder pills. It has beet root and folate too, which are great for TTC.

I started Geritol on October 3rd and took 1 more folic acid 400mcg pill. I also started making the “get preggy” smoothie and drank that until my ovulation week.

I baby danced with my huzzy 5 of the 6 fertile days, including ovulation day, and then the day after just in case. During my fertile days I took Mucinex 2x a day. Only take the one where Guaifenesin is the active ingredient. I stopped taking it after my ovulation day.

I did take OPKs and my surge was really long this time. I had positives on October 17 and 18 and I am thinking I ovulated the 20th.

After my ovulation I took it easy on the exercise and bought pineapple and ate it for days and days. I drank 100oz of water a day. I found a fertility massage video on YouTube and did that once a day until 8DPO. The video I watched recommended to stop doing it 5 days before your period.
