Natural birth

I am almost 20 years old and I'm currently 19 weeks with my first baby and I really like the idea of having a natural birth but of course all the females in my life have laughed at me saying I can't handle it and I won't be able to do it and no one is taking me seriously and it's so frustrating! I've been doing research looking at the pros and cons of both natural and epidural and to me I feel like natural is my best route... any one have any stories or experiences they can share with me about their birth? I would love to get some real opinions
