HEARTBURN/SOUR STOMACH

I’ve been getting the worst heartburn AND sour stomach the past few weeks. Like it’s been BAD! I literally cry and cry and take tums/ and liquid anti acids, then I end up projectile vomiting, then screaming in pain again from heartburn that is so serious I feel like someone is tearing into my body! I stopped eating almost everything that could cause it but it still finds a way! And medication doesn’t work fast enough before I vomit it up.. HELP! What do I do???
