back aches
what are some ways to ease back pain? i had a cervical cerclage done at 24 and a half weeks , and since then my back has been hurting. More lately since its gotten colder, but it’s super uncomfortable and hurts in every position. I was just wondering what easy ways to ease pain would be? would i be okay to use a heating pad?
