Lines not progressing on tests

Ladies, I know those of us who have experienced an ectopic or miscarriage , (many of us having had multiples) will cling to any hope that our future/ current pregnancies are normal intrauterine and viable pregnancies. Even if that means peeing on 100 pregnancy tests, day after day to watch the line progression grow darker. Holding on to the hope that the little line will somehow determine the fate of our pregnancy. I myself am guilty of this 🙋🏼‍♀️. In fact so much so , this mornings test was fainter then yesterday’s. My heart sank. I instantly felt like this isn’t my rainbow , I’m having another ectopic. How could this line be lighter this morning than yesterday 😭. Well let me tell you first hand, why you shouldn’t torture your self like this..... (yes there are many variables , like diluted urine, but this doesn’t seem to stop us)

And it wasn’t just the internet cheapies that varied.

Needless to say I felt much better after seeing this for myself! I hope this can help someone else in the same situation as me. Don’t panic about the shade of your positive tests not progressing. I hope this can provide some of you a little peace of mind to not drive yourself crazy with worry. 🌈🤞🏼🙏🏼
