I'm scared & depressed

I went to the ER because I was in excruciating pain; but wasn't bleeding - the dr told me that they don't think I'll be able to carry fully term because of stomach problems I've had in the pass! This sucks! And now I am even more sick and had to force myself to go to work

What should I do ?
