Cheating and STDs

Two weeks ago I found out my boyfriend has been cheating on me, he had a whole relationship with another girl behind my back. We broke up but unfortunately still have an apartment together and had sex last week. Since then I have been having symptoms of what I thought was a yeast infection, but at my 31 week appointment yesterday I got tested and came back positive for Gonorrhea... I feel so disgusting and like my whole world is falling apart. I can’t believe he would do this and put me and our son at risk. I’m just heartbroken and feel gross, but I’m trying to stay strong for my son...

Edit, I don’t need anyone to make me feel more guilty than I already do so if you have something negative to say just keep it to yourself. I don’t know exactly when I got it because before I found out he was cheating we were having sex, so there’s no way to know if I caught it last week or prior. But I was clean of all STDs in July and haven’t slept with anyone else.
