Had chemical pregnancy this am. Feeling down :(

5 weeks pregnant and had chemical pregnancy this morning. Feeling beyond upset and depressed. Has this ever happened to anyone and how long after did you conceieve again? This was my first pregnancy ever and this happened 😢 needing some positive vibes
