I know a lot of people comment about buying stuff from the adult shops but to be safer and to get your moneys worth I would honestly go to the pharmacy and buy a throat anesthetic spray (people get them for tonsillitis and stuff) works wonders

I've had one with a chocolate taste, it does numb and make it easier but not really intensely, i hsve a very sensitive gag reflex too and it stops me from gagging with normal bj stuff but i deffo can do a deep throat.
