Can you get pregnant w/o a period?

Can I still get pregnant next month if I never got my period this month? Right now, I am 4 days late which is really unusual for me. I have had a really stressful month though and I did miss my period once before due to stress. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests, all different brands, that came back completely negative. I’m just wondering if this will affect my ability to conceive next month. I’m planning to buy some ovulation tests since my ovulation date will probably be irregular.
