Pumping bra causes flange to dig into breast.
If i loosen tbe bra to the point the flange no longer digs into my breast the bottles are just hanging from my nipples and it hurts. Its caused me to have a clogged duct. Should i try a new bra? Any advice? Right now I'm just having to hold the flanges in place 😐
