Frustrated

Changed things up this month...didn’t temp because I find I was waking up all the time to make sure I was temping at the same time and found that stressful. Cut out coffee and have drank red raspberry leaf tea instead. I also took my prenatal vitamin, B complex and Coq10. I did OPKs as well. My husband went out of town for the past 3 days for work....of course for the first time in months I had EWCM when he was gone. Got positive opk yesterday, darker today also. He gets home late tonight....I really hope we don’t miss the window. But so frustrated that the best 3 days of the month he had to be out of town. But on a positive note I’ll do the same things next month because I’ve already noticed a big difference. Probably changed too many things at once to pinpoint what helped the most....but my guess might be the coffee. Just thought to share/rant in case it might help someone else!
