Ways to try and naturally induce labor?

I’m being induced in 4 days and I really want to try and avoid an induction but baby boy just doesn’t want to come. At my last doctors appointment I was 1 cm. Does anyone have any good ways to naturally induce labor? I’m not trying to do anything to hurt him. I just want to try and avoid an induction

My nurse told me to have sex, the semen can open you cervix, and that nipple and clitoral stimulation will help with dilation, and she gave me Colace stool softener samples because clearing out your system can help baby drop down and engage more, which further opens the cervix. Also walking might help!

I can totally relate with my last pregnancy.  I really wanted to avoid an induction.  Unfortunately anything i tried was unsuccessful, but my induction went great!  I wasnt in labor for days like I was afraid of.  Either way, you got this!

I drink 3 cups of raspberry leaf tea a day, eat a lot of fresh pineapple, bounce on yoga ball for an hour before bed, have sex, walk and do squats.
