My husband's company has offered to pay half and discount the price for family members on a beach vacation to Dominican this winter.

My daughter is two. I would like to go on this trip and immediately said I'm bringing my daughter. Now I'm being told the other couples are leaving their children behind (all under 5yrs) and that I'm crazy for wanting to bring my daughter.

I have this enormous guilty feeling thinking about leaving my babe behind to go do something so selfish.

Yes it will be alot of work to take her but isn't that part of being a parent?
