Pineapple for inducing

This is going to sound silly, but I’m starting to try to induce naturally, and sex, nipple stimulation and pineapple are the top 3 that I’ve read. So, does it matter if it’s fresh pineapple or canned? Living in Canada (Ontario) at this time of year, fresh pineapple is pricey!

***UPDATE***

So I just went to Walmart to get a pregnancy ball, and we got an exercise ball, and after I got it home and blown up, I read the warnings which states “This ball is not designed to be a chair, and should not be used during pregnancy.”

What the heck am I even supposed to use then?! Can I still use this? 😣 why is this so hard?
