Help me🙄

So I had a UTI a few months ago and they gave me antibiotics that I had to take 3 everyday for 10 days, I just finished my antibiotics for the one I've had for a week This time they had me take 2 everyday for 5 days even though they said this time it was much worse, Anyways it did feel like it was going away but now that I finished the antibiotics it's back.

What should I Do? Go back and ask for more?
