Bleeding on the pill

I’ve just started taking the combined pill and have my last pill to take tonight before my 7 day break. About an hour ago I had mild period like cramps and when I just went to pee I noticed a small amount of blood in my underwear. Any advice is appreciated as i’m super confused rn lol
