I got a positive test yesterday it was faint but there. I thought it was a false positive but tested with a different test and it was another vvvfl. I started spotting which turned to bleeding like a period. Now I’m bleeding and passing clots sized small/ medium. Does this automatically mean I’m miscarrying or having a chemical? I also retested again today and the line got lighter. This would be my first pregnancy. My last period was September 17. Do I have to go get it confirmed or do I just account it as a miscarriage? I had cramping but not bad cramping or any other symptom.
