Appt today

Hello again ive decided to go into the doctor today and test but im so scared its going to be negative ,; remond you all i havnt had a menstrual since june 26 , i get cramping in my lower abdomen and other parts of my stomach , a little nausea but i never throw up and very small headaches im so so nervous and i am ready for a child but afraid of my results , what do you all think is happening ?
