I want to get rid of some tigh fat I have and was wondering how effective squats are. My butt is pretty big but loose and saggy...It seems like my tighs and butt are morphed together lol.

Has anybody tried squats to loose tigh fat and toned them? Should I do a cardio workout then squats? Sorry I am not a generally active person.

If you have any before and after pics that would be appreciated!
