Can you be pregnant and not have implantation bleeding?? My period was due today and it never came. My breast look different, very tender, and itchy. I'm breaking out so bad. But I haven't had implantation

Not everyone gets it. I had three kids and never got it. But I had some pink spotting  a few days ago that look like implantion bleeding
