Ovulation Dipsticks Showing Pregnancy

Hi all

I see a few posts stating if you have already had a positive ovulation and you get two lines within you 2WW on a ovulation stick again that you could be pregnant as it sometimes picks up the hormones - this just happened to me so without building my hopes up, I thought I would ask on here how true that maybe and if it's happened to any of you?
