6 weeks pregnant lower abdomen pain
I am around 6 weeks pregnant and last night around 9pm I started having a pretty sharp cramp in my lower left abdomen area, the pain continued and got worse until about 3:30 am last night and then finally stopped, I never started bleeding at all but the pain was bad enough it woke me up at 3 am, I’m just wondering if this is normal or not? I haven’t had the pain since then and haven’t bled at all. I’m just still really concerned.
