Here me out ladies

I miscarried 9/27. I bled until 10/9. I ovulated 10/23. No tracking, I just noticed the ovulation pains. Yesterday, I had really bad back pain for about an hr to the point I could barely bend over. Today, I thought I started my period. I wiped and there was some spotting. Put in few tampons throughout the day and none of them were filled. Just slight. No bright red blood, just pinkish. What’s the chances of this being implantation bleeding instead of af? No cramping and usually I have really bad cramps on my period. Just slight lower back pain.
