My grandmother died this morning and I have to fly 15+ hours tomorrow. I’m terrified and anxiety ridden. My doctor has given me a couple of Xanax for the flight and funeral. She said I’d be fine because I’m not in my first trimester any longer and I’d only be using them for a couple of days sparingly. I’m scared of side effects and hurting the baby. Does anyone have any experience with this? I’m so sad and lost and I’ll be all on my own.
