PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
I'm 22 and have been trying to conceive for about a year now. I have a daughter from a previous relationship and then got the mirena and now cannot get pregnant :( is there anything I can take or try to help? I have heard of iron pills but need advice please help. Today is my peak day :)
