Left hand feels stiff.
My left hand has been feeling a little stiff and weak not sure why, I am not dominate in this hand I usually always use my right but I’m realizing how weak my left hand is. I don’t know if I’m having anxiety or actually something is wrong with me. My whole left arm has been feeling strained and hard to move. It’s NOT NUMB I feel everything perfectly. Please help put my mind to ease!
