Possible twins? Or what's that circle beside it.

What is the baby if there is one and if there is one what is the circle where it's marked "b"

Take it from a mom of twins.. that's an a for baby one and a b for baby two.  My doctor never found baby b.. I had to wait for my 19 week ultrasound at the hospital before finding out there was another baby

Ok I'm going to add something now.. maybe if he didn't mention it to you, there might not be a 100% viable second baby.. could be a a fluke, empty it damage sack. Ect.. when I had the above mentioned ultrasound at 19 weeks, the tech scanned for over an hour just to make sure both babies were ok, THEN told me there were TWO babies. All the while having me thinking there was something wrong with the ONE I knew about cuz it was taking so long and she was making weird faces and comments.

I did to sho the difference between the two. My doctor did something very qucik. To confirm pregnancy. However he did not say two or one. He just said okay pregnant and walked out. But I'm wondering what the round circle is beside A. Because B looks like a closed just larger Gerstational sac. And A looks a little smaller than B.
