Milk flow dropped off a cliff?

Why?
One baby, 5.5 mo, combo feeding, have struggled since day 1 possibly due to preeclampsia/induction at 37 weeks/c-section, and I’ve been on Domperidone for about 6 weeks which helped.

Update: still no Aunt Flo. Am going to schedule with an LC. 
My husband does NOT get it. He’s like “just quit if it makes you unhappy. It doesn’t matter to him.” 
This is so undermining and undervaluing and just disrespecting my wishes and my efforts (I had to give up milk to do this). 
As maybe you can tell from what I wrote, I didn’t exactly have the perfect pregnancy or a vaginal delivery. I had to go back to work at 7 weeks. I couldn’t control any of that. There was no effort to be made that could have changed any of it. This, this I should be able to do, with willpower and effort. I can live with low production, and supplementing. But like, let me have a few ounces of milk to give my baby.

Have you been 1) not feeding as often 2) not draining the breast thoroughly 3) not eating/drinking enough? Has your period come back? Taking any new medication?
