Hello everyone my name is Alexis I'm 16 years old and I have a few questions. First of all I'm sexually active and of course use condoms. I've been for over a year. Not recently but over the past id say 6 months my periods hAve been getting shorter and a tiny bit lighter. I was wondering why this is. My period is only 3-5 days now like my moms. Is it just because of my age and what not? I've been exercising a lot more as well. My periods are never late and always consistent. Thanks
