Pulling and pinching

I had a c section last December and I am currently 31 weeks pregnant. Is it normal to have a pulling and piching sensation where my scar is (internally)? My midwife said it's nothing to worry about but I'm paranoid bc my pregnancies are so close. FYI I'm having a repeat c section instead of a VBAC bc of the rick associated with close deliveries.
