Saw a similar story posted and got me wondering. So for years and years my favorite girl name has been Willow. I have a very hard time imagining naming a girl of mine anything else.

Well, about three years ago one of my husband’s good friends had a daughter and guess what? They named her Willow.

Now, these people live in a totally different county and we really don’t interact with them except online and at kids bday parties. I barely know them. But my husband was really close with them when he was younger.

So... How weird would it be if we named our daughter Willow too? (Assuming we have a girl) I’ve also kicked around using it as a middle since I really love Salem as a first name too and Salem Willow is a nice combo with our last name.
