Testing early WITHOUT fmu. How long to wait?

If you were going to test early without first morning urine, how much of a hold should you have?

4 hours since last pee. Drink little. Last 2 hours don't drink at all.

I wouldn’t worry about hold so much as withholding liquids before. If your urine is yellow instead of clear, it’s probably okay to test with. The closer you are to af, the more likely you’ll be able to see a bfp even without fmu
