How would you react?

I told my boyfriend I have basically strep throat and just got my monthly extremely bad and am losing my voice and told him I don’t think i should go in and this is all he said. Doesn’t seem to even care about me. Our money is together but I put way more than him which isn’t even fair because he gives his mom so much money (she’s a druggie) and I can’t even call out when not okay 🤷🏼‍♀️Help
