I need patience...

Last night I noticed my husband was in the bathroom for awhile and I'm positive he was in the dark. A lil later he took a bath and again it was awhile I ended up falling asleep. I woke up and he wasn't in bed, I got up and he was laying on the couch he had a "headache" he said. When I walked into the living room his phone was on the home screen so he obviously exited out of something. I am at work now so I haven't talked to him, I am positive he was watching porn I dont think he would ever cheat. I want to text him and tell him off, am I over reacting?
