Gynecologist is no help

So I’ve gone to the Gynecologist 5 times I’ve told them all my symptoms red vagina it’s swollen itches but it burns sometimes fishy smell , I’ve noticed when I finger myself dead skin comes out of my vagina. Little white dots but those have been there for so long I don’t think they have a part of it they don’t itch either but the symptoms have spread to my butt and now I have the burning there too. All of the Gynecologist said it looked normal gave me a yeast infection pill didn’t help,another one gave me a cream to put there didn’t help the last Gynecologist has to be the best one she actually listened to me and decided to do a swab test for herpes they said they would call if it is but haven’t received a call I’m so angry cause this really hurts physically I just want it to go back to normal.
