Baby ? Maybe ?

Slight cramps 9-10 DPO currently 12-13 DPO and had some orangey discharge only when i wiped.

Took a cheapy test this morning and thought there was a surper faint line but also had a dye run.

Anyone else ever experienced this and still had a BFP ?

Really praying here ...
