Not allowed to date! PLEASE don't be rude

I'm a teen and I'm not allowed to date. I understand my parents' reasoning but there's this guy that I really like and he likes me too... We've been talking for awhile and he finally asked me out. I want to say yes but then again I don't! I see him only in one class and I just don't know! What do you think I should do?! Say yes or no?
