Should I mark my miscarriage as the first day of my period?

Hey y’all! I unfortunately had a miscarriage this past Friday at 4 weeks 3 days :( I’m just wondering if I should mark that day as the first day of my period? Or do I need to wait until i get another period? Praying I’m fertile again soon and don’t have to wait too long ❤️❤️❤️

I did and mine was also early, just 5 weeks. I got my next period after the miscarriage right on schedule and ovulated that cycle as well. It could take longer but likely since it was early you’ll go right back to your normal cycle.

I did and everything remained the same with me my next cycle. Same ovulation day (cycle day 15). It was just like a regular period when I miscarried, just a few days late.

No. I wouldn’t. You’re gonna think your period should show up in x days because that’s how long your cycle is.. but periods can take 4-6 weeks sometimes to come back. Mine took almost 10 weeks both times. And I didn’t ovulate after both of them ( I used opks)

I did. It then took about 50 days until I got my next period after that. The miscarriage is likely to mess up your cycle for a bit but I found it helped to keep a record of when it happened and how long it lasted for.

I did so I would have a record of when it happened, especially since we started TTC right away. Saw fertile signs when I expected to, as if it had been a period and I had been almost 8 weeks.
