I had my baby 3 months ago. I had a c section delivery. I want my kids closet in age but I’m scared because I’m wondering if it’s safe. My doctor never told me how long to wait inbetween pregnancies.

If your dr didn’t tell you then you need to ask. They may not even think you’re thinking of already trying again. Especially with c section you need the ok from your dr.

My doctor told me with C-section they recommend at least 18 months between if not 2 years. You could start trying at 8 Months out. I think they just want to make sure everything has time to heal up again.

After a vaginal delivery you’re supposed to wait a year. After a c section you’re supposed to wait 18 months.

I got pregnant when my son was 7 months old but I had a vaginal delivery. Since you had a C section you should wait at least a year.
