Trying to conceive after nexplanon removal

I had nexplanon for a year and got it removed may 2018 and ive been having irregular periods each month and been ttc since may and nothing! Doctor said i could get pregnant rite away but im having a hard time ttc😞 Is anybody else having a hard time ttc after nexplanon??

Today i started my period 😭😭😭
