When does your LO take their last nap of the day?

What’s the cut off time for your babies last nap? I was letting my baby nap until about 7pm and then getting her to bed by 8:30 and I’m realizing now that’s too late. She usually can only handle being up for about an hour between naps (she’s going through her 4 month sleep regression and takes 45-50min catnaps 4x daily). I’ve read that I should end the last nap no later than 430. But that would mean she would be awake for 2.5 hours straight before bedtime at 7pm. Won’t she be overtired and cranky?

I just let him sleep when he wants.   If he is awake at night he just chills and talks.

Around 7 but that's usually her shortest nap, 30-40 minutes. Then she's ready for bed around 9:30.

Up at 5:30 from the last nap. Ideally 5 but my son can handle it. He’s 3 months and knows when it’s bedtime

Around 6/6:30 is my babies last nap which is usually only 20-30 mins than we take a bath, read stories and than around 7:30/8 is bed time.

At 6 pm and I wake her up around 8 to take a bath and nigh feed her and she’s sleeping again by 8:30 or 9.
