Just wondering if anyone has any experiences with that. My husband is updating their custody order to get full custody of his child, for many reasons. So she already expects this. But we are trying to go about serving her in the least drama filled way, so we think we should just pay the extra money and have the sherif serve her so none of our family or friends need to get in the middle and see her drama. Has anyone had their ex served this way? Did it go over better or worse?? She wouldn’t accept him serving her and her signing the acceptance of service. She would just rip it up and throw it on the ground.
