Brith Control vs Daylight savings
If you are taking a pill as your birth control method, you take it the same time everyday. So when Daylight Saving comes around do you follow with it.
I take my pill at 7:30pm
Daylight savings come around and you lose an hour would you take the pill at 6:30pm or stay at 7:30pm?
